Oven Safe to 400°F.
Before using, rinse in warm water using dish detergent and a soft sponge, then wipe dry. Use a low heat setting when cooking to avoid burning food and tarnishing the cookware. Allow cookware to cool before washing. Hand wash only. Do not clean in dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners as this may mar the finish. We recommend using cleansers expressly meant for cleaning stainless steel and copper. To prevent water spots, wipe cookware dry after washing. Overheating and food residue may result in discoloration. Undissolved salt may cause pitting of stainless steel, therefore it is best to heat foods and liquids before adding salt and stir until salt is dissolved.
Important Information. Do not leave food that is cooking unattended. To avoid injury always use caution when handling hot cookware. Never leave empty cookware on a hot burner. This will ruin your cookware, may cause household damage and will void your warranty. Do not put hot cookware directly on a cool surface as this may damage the integrity of the cookware. Use pan on burner of same size. When using gas range, adjust flame so that it does not extend up sides of pan.

Heritage Enameled Cast Iron
Item numbers: D-66352, D-66351

Before using your cookware for the first time, hand wash with warm water and towel dry thoroughly. Preheat your cookware prior to adding butter or oil. We recommend using only nylon, coated, or wooden utensils.
The cookware is oven-safe at temperatures up to 500°F. Even though handles are oven-safe, they will get hot in oven and on stove top, particularly gas stoves where an open flame is used. Use protective mitts when handling hot cookware.
Avoid sudden temperature changes such as immersing hot cookware in cold water. Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
Hand wash with a brush, abrasive sponge, or plastic scrubbing pad, and towel dry IMMEDIATELY. While warm, apply a thin coating of vegetable oil and wipe off the excess with a paper towel. Do NOT use soap, soak, air dry, or clean in a dishwasher.
If food begins to stick or rust appears, you may want to season your pan. Wash, dry and then lightly rub vegetable oil onto surface. Heat cookware in oven for one hour at 350°F and let cool.
Not microwave safe. Store in a cool dry place.
